Sorry No Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns, Seriously?
Yes, you read that right - no refunds, exchanges, or returns. Why, you ask? Well, it's not because we want to be all serious and strict, but because our items are made with love, care, and heaps of good vibes. Each piece is a unique creation, and we can't bear the thought of sending them on a return journey!

We're here to fix it up for you if you have any issues with your order or product.
Just drop us a line within 10 days of receiving your magical Top Knotche treasure.

Cancelations
If you would like to cancel your order, send us an email with your order number and the reason for the cancellation, and we will try to retrieve it. But please note that we can't cancel once your order has been submitted and production has started.
If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, your order is subject to a 30% restocking fee per item. This amount will be charged and the remaining purchase price will be returned.

Custom Creations
Please note that our custom orders are one-of-a-kind pieces tailored just for you. Due to their unique nature, we can't accept returns or exchanges on these bespoke beauties. We'll work closely with you to ensure your custom creation is everything you dreamed of before it's shipped to your doorstep.
